Make your text more convenient ... like this:
1. In the region you want the text: Shift+"
2. Start typing, on the first space bar it changes from maths to text
3. ... at the end of the line: Shift+Enter to switch to next line
4. move text box wherever you want by dragging.

The least square [LS] in the Legendre sense comes naturally otherwise
from the properties of the Cholesky matrix [universally conventional].

Better to attach after the message,
particularly for multiple attachments.
