Hello,

Thought it might be of interest to the community to know that there is a new kid on the block when it comes to free-form Engineering Math Calculation Software called Maple Flow.

It is developed by MapleSoft and seems to be a direct competitor to Mathcad. From the videos it looks very similar to Mathcad and SMath

Just wasted a weekend trying Maple Flow.
It is a total disappointment and seems half baked in UI and usability.
Far behind Mathcad and SMath Studio in terms of simple text edits, moving text etc.

If someone is keen on Maple engine, might as well use Maple regular,

I was so pained using Maple Flow, that I had to explicitly write this review and praise SMath for the awesome job done.

Simple example of half baked editor-
Select a bunch of 'text' and press backspace, or Delete. It wont delete.

I missed seeing Maple Flow when it first came out; just saw Maple Flow 2022 yesterday. I downloaded a copy today and, first impressions (half an hour) is that it is a huge improvement on Mathcad. Has anyone else tried it longer and compared?

Price is rather an issue though.
