First of all, thank you very much for SMath - its a very useful program.

Would it be possible to have the following formatting features:

1. Changing text color and font size after you entered text?

2. Changing the color of the grid and the size of the grid?

3. Using other fonts?

4. Being able to draw simple shapes (lines, rectangles, squares)? It is often desirable to draw simple drawing on as you would on paper.

5. Having control over units in the result? For example, if I calculate something with lengths the result SMath gives is in meters, and I would like to be able to change that to micrometers for example. Currently there is a way to force SMath to do this by typing in micrometers in the answer, but this takes several tries at least to get right. It would be nice to be able to click on the units and change them.

Thank you very much in advance,
Viktor

You can do this. Just select one ore more text regions and change font size, font color, font background color.
Use CTRL+B for bold, CTRL+I, for italic, CTRL+U for underline.

You can copy/paste from a drawing program or just insert picture from a file as a picture region Insert=>Picture=>From file

You do not have to type the unit. Use Dynamic Assistance, or click at the end placeholder within an answer with unit and choose Insert=>Unit or press CTRL+W. Then choose the unit you want and press insert.

I would suggest you to read some Wiki pages - there you will find lots of answers.

Regards,
Radovan
