unitsproblem.sm (6kb) downloaded 8 time(s).Hi, I'm trying to create a solution for fatigue strength which makes use of the log10 function. I can't seem to get it working with values which have units defined for them. ignoring units also doesn't help for the calculation. Completely removing units does work, but isn't preferred. Does anyone have a workaround or method that works with the use of units?

Since it is an empirical formula, you have to divide the variables by the units you are supposed to assign while solving by hand (here I've assumed the units you used in the assignments are those expected in the formula). Edited by user 16 April 2024 02:58:38(UTC)

Thank you very much Davide. Simple solution that wasn't obvious for me.
