The least subtle error occurred when i tried to plot a matrix:
Code:

KDE colorscheme read failure, using built-in colorscheme

SMath just closes when I try to open the corresponding file.

Copy/Paste do not work, and don't add to the undo/redo history.

The other problem may be with mono. I use programmer dvorak, by configuring with KDE. SMath does not respond at all to some keys, namely the tab key and most of the number keys. You can see how this is a big problem for me...

The only way to fix it is to have KDE not configure the keyboard.

Hello,

I have faced the same problem:

KDE colorscheme read failure, using built-in colorscheme...

Does anybody know the solution?

Thanks and regards

I can't help with the KDE issue, I'm not a Linux user but tested SMath on different distributions a couple of months ago. I noticed that there were mono dependencies involving desktop managers that affect SMath's user interface. SMath behaved really well on distros with the Gnome2 desktop manager. Besides Mono2.6 which is the current stable Mono version in Debian is the one that SMath worked best with. I can recommend SolusOS(Debian) and Stella(CentOS), both with Gnome2.

Hi kilele,

thanks for the reply!

My notebook is running under OpenSuse. At the moment I would not be so keen to change it...

Nevertheless, thanks and regrads
