Hello,
There are operations and functions that can not be performed with units. There is no sense to use sin(x) or ln(x) where x is a variable with units - you can not have the result. These functions are not defined on values with units. General advice is to avoid using units with those functions.

Hello. You should get rid of units before using solve function. See also: units and trunc()Best regards, Andrey Ivashov.

Could it be possible some function to affect every variable used within Solve ? i.e. a function to automatically get rid of all units when using solve. There might be a counterpart function to get back this units. I think this feature would be immensely useful.
